Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has named Tanuj Chadha as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 February 2025. The company, which produces and distributes Suntory and PepsiCo beverages in Thailand, expects his leadership to strengthen its market position.
Chadha has a strong background in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy. He started his career in 2004 as a Territory Development Manager at PepsiCo India before advancing to key roles, including Unit Manager at PepsiCo and Division Head at Marico Limited.
Since joining Suntory PepsiCo Thailand in 2019 as Sales Director, Chadha has helped improve commercial operations, optimize Route to Market strategies, and navigate industry challenges, including the COVID-19 crisis. His contributions boosted competitiveness, enhanced market expansion, and encouraged innovation.
Before stepping into his new role, Chadha served as Chief Commercial Excellence Officer at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific. He led regional revenue growth strategies, improved shopper marketing, and played a key role in category innovation and business transformation.
Chadha expressed enthusiasm about rejoining Suntory PepsiCo Thailand, emphasizing his focus on strengthening the company’s brand portfolio, prioritizing customer needs, and driving sustainable business practices. Under his leadership, the company aims to position itself as “The Most Beloved Beverage Company in Thailand.”
