Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s culinary creations headline the evening’s menu. On the 58th floor, the New Year’s Eve Set Menu features dishes like Lobster Inaniwa Ceviche, which combines lobster and Peruvian ceviche flavors with Japanese noodles. Other highlights include King Crab Truffle Crust, blending crab with a delicate truffle essence, and Japanese Beef Foie Gras Mustard Miso, featuring premium A5 wagyu beef served with foie gras and mustard miso.

Guests celebrating on the outdoor terrace on the 57th floor or at the 60th-floor Nobu Rooftop Bar can indulge in a curated selection of premium canapés and sushi. Options include Caviar Avocado Taco, Yellowtail Jalapeño Sashimi, Wagyu Short Ribs with Wasabi Salsa, Scallop Shiso Salsa, and freshly prepared sushi by the chef.

A wide range of beverages, including Champagne and fine wines, will be available throughout the night. Private dining rooms can also be reserved for those seeking a more intimate experience.
